Our story begins with Dr. Mohammed Ebeida, a research scientist at Sandia National Laboratories who holds a passion for robotics and most importantly, a vision.

In a small upstairs closet of the mosque, a team of 25 kids and 5 coaches gathered to build a robotics team. Little did they know that one year later, that team would soon be recognized on an international-scale.
